Do I have to pay for registering with PlaySpan™ ?

Registering for a PlaySpan™ account is free. The only time you pay for anything while using the PlaySpan Player is when purchasing currency or items.

 

What payment options are available? How do I pay for an item ?

We are currently supporting PayPal® and ClickandBuy™ for our beta launch. You will need to validate your PayPal® and/or ClickandBuy™ account with PlaySpan before you can buy or sell. If you do not have a PayPal® account you can register at https://www.paypal.com or ClickandBuy™ at http://www.clickandbuy.com. You will also be given an opportunity to register for one during the payment verification process. We will be supporting other payment methods soon.

Please follow the steps below to add a Valid PayPal® and ClickandBuy™ account to your PlaySpan™ wallet.

  1. Login to the Player.
  2. Click on ‘Wallet’ icon at the bottom of the player.
  3. Select ‘Payment’ tab.
  4. Click ‘Setup’ to have your PayPal® and/or ClickandBuy™ as a valid payment method.

 

Why are you requiring a PayPal® or ClickandBuy™ account for transaction ?

For PlaySpan traders, both PayPal® and ClickandBuy™ is a fast, easy and secure way to receive and verify payment transactions without revealing personal information. How do I change my payment or disbursement (payment receiving) options ?

Presently, it is mandatory that you have a PayPal® or a ClickandBuy™ account to be able to purchase in the PlaySpan marketplace.

However, you can choose and change your disbursement option by following the steps below:

  1. Login to the Player.
  2. Click on ‘Wallet’ icon at the bottom of the Player.
  3. Select ‘Disbursement’ tab.
  4. Delete the current disbursement method.
  5. Setup the disbursement method where you wish to receive your money from PlaySpan.

 

I have a different PayPal® or ClickandBuy™ account now. How do I update my payment options with the new account information?

You can choose to replace a current PayPal® or ClickandBuy™ account with a new PayPal® or ClickandBuy™ account by following the steps below:

  1. Login to the Player.
  2. Click on ‘Wallet’ icon at the bottom of the player.
  3. Select ‘Payment’ tab.
  4. Delete the current payment method.
  5. Click on ‘Setup’ to have your new PayPal® or ClickandBuy™ as a valid payment method.

 

I have added PayPal® / ClickandBuy™/ Alipay as the mode of payment/disbursement. Why does my account still show “Your account is not set up”?

There could be various reasons for your payment/disbursement account not being set up. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

  1. Please ensure that you have activated your payment/disbursement mode by clicking the "Activate" link in the e-mail received after PayPal® / ClickandBuy™ / Alipay addition.
  2. If the status is still the same, please logout from the player and login again. The account status should have changed to “Your account has been setup”.
  3. If you still experience problems, please contact customer support by logging in with your email address and password at https://forum.playspan.com/otrs/customer.pl.

 

Do I need a credit card in order to use the PlaySpan™ service?

To be able to trade in PlaySpan marketplace, it is mandatory that you have a PayPal® / ClickandBuy™ / Alipay account linked to a valid credit card or a bank account.

 

I have been double charged for my purchase. What should I do now ?

If you are double charged for a single purchase, you will need to provide us the following details:

  1. Listing ID of the purchased item.
  2. Credit Card/Bank statement indicating the double charge for the purchase.

 

How do I change the payment settings on my account ?

You can change the current payment settings of your account by following the steps below:

  1. Login to the Player.
  2. Click on ‘Wallet’ icon at the bottom of the player.
  3. Select ‘Payment’ tab.
  4. Delete the current payment method.
  5. Click on ‘Setup’ to update your payment method.

 

What is your refund policy ?

All Sales are final. There are no refunds once an item or currency is purchased through the PlaySpan service.

 

How long will it take for my PayPal® / ClickandBuy™ / Alipay account to get credited after my item has been sold?

We do weekly payouts to our sellers. However, depending on your payment method, sometimes payments could take more than a week.

 

How do I file a dispute ?

What is seller rating ?

Seller rating is PlaySpan’s reputation system which helps us to track a seller’s ability to deliver items or currency. We rate our sellers on a scale of 5.0. With each successful sale and delivery, the seller’s rating will increase.
