How do I know if a particular item has been listed to be sold ?

You can locate any item by entering the name of the item in the search field.

 

Does PlaySpan™ charge me any fee for buying or selling items ?

Yes, PlaySpan™ will charge the seller the following:

  1. PayPal Processing fee  as applicable (typically 2% of transaction value + $0.30)
  2. 10% of the total transaction value as commission

For example: If you sell an item worth $1.00, PlaySpan will charge you the following:
$1.00 x 2% + $0.30 + 10% of the total transaction value
= $0.02 + $0.30 + $0.10
= $0.42 (This will be charged by PlaySpan)
Total Amount Paid to the Seller is ($1.00 - $0.42) = $0.58

 

I lost my Listing ID/code/token. Can I have a new one or where can I find it ?

Listing ID: If you forgot to save your Listing ID, deleted the email with your Listing ID or just do not know how to retrieve it, just follow these simple steps to retrieve your Listing ID.

  1. Log into the PlaySpan™ Player account
  2. If you have
    • Purchased an item/currency, select Buy Tab and click on My Order. Select or double click the purchase order in question and you will see the Listing ID.

    • Listed an item/currency, select Sell Tab and click on “My Listings. Select or double click the Listing in question and you will see the Listing ID .

Registration Token: Please write to support@playspan.com and you will be sent a new registration token.

 

What currency will I be charged when I buy items from PlaySpan Player ?

Any purchase made through PlaySpan™ will be in US Dollars.
