What is an Avatar ?

An Avatar is a user or a player’s virtual identity or character in a game.

 

What is Midgard and Helheim ?

They are game servers in Global MU Online.

 

Where can I find the items or currency that I have purchased with the PlaySpan Player? Will they be transferred to my avatar or vault ?

The item you purchased will be automatically delivered to the Avatar you selected at the time of purchase. In the event that your Avatar's inventory is full, your item will have been delivered to your Vault.

Should your inventory or vault not contain enough storage space to receive your purchased item then your purchase will be canceled. You will receive an e-mail notification with the reason for cancellation and also a refund for that purchase within 2 to 3 days.

 

Do I need to have the item or currency in my inventory, if I want to sell it ?

In order to successfully sell your items or currency your Avatar must be in possession of it. This means it should be in your Avatar's inventory or in your Avatar's Vault. Please be advised that if you list an item that is not in your possession (Avatar inventory or vault) your transaction will be canceled and your seller rating will be negatively affected.

 

What can I trade using the PlaySpan Player ?

You can trade items available in the catalog defined by K2 Network using the PlaySpan Player.
You have to be sure that the item you wish to sell is available in your inventory or vault. Please be advised that if you list an item that is not in your possession (Avatar inventory or vault) your transaction will be canceled and your seller rating will be negatively affected.

 

How do I buy virtual items via PlaySpan Player ?

In order to buy virtual item(s) via PlaySpan™ Player, you must validate your PayPal® / ClickandBuyTM account and in-game Avatar with PlaySpan™. This is a onetime procedure. Once, your PayPal® / ClickandBuyTM account and in-game Avatar is validated, you may follow the steps below:

  • Click on the “Buy” tab
  • Select Item or Currency
  • Browse the item in the catalog or enter the item name in the search option.
  • Specify the minimum and maximum price range (optional)
  • Click on “Buy Now”
  • You will receive a message saying “Purchase Order Paid off successfully along with Instructions.

 

How do I sell virtual items through PlaySpan Player ?

In order to sell virtual items via PlaySpan™ Player, you will have to validate your PayPal® / ClickandBuyTM account and in-game Avatar with PlaySpan™. This is a onetime procedure. Once your PayPal® / ClickandBuyTM account and in-game Avatar is validated, you may follow the steps below to sell items/currency

  • Click on “Sell” tab
  • Select Item or Currency
  • Select the item in the catalog or enter the item name in the search option
  • Fill out the necessary details
  • Click on List
  • You will receive a message saying “Successfully created a Listing” along with instructions.
